Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on multi-family residential rental properties and apartment complexes.
- Gather and analyze real estate data from various sources, including market reports, property listings, and economic indicators.
- Create detailed reports on market trends, rental demand, and investment opportunities.
- Utilize research tools, including AI-driven platforms, to generate accurate and insightful data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support real estate investment strategies and business development.
- Endorse research findings to help plot data for actionable insights and strategic planning.
- Monitor key trends and provide forecasts on the multi-family rental market.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in multi-family residential rental research or a strong interest in real estate research is an advantage.
