Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Support Administrator to provide essential support to our leasing and acquisitions teams. This role involves sales support, market research, data analysis, and tenant coordination to drive informed leasing decisions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced real estate environment.

  • Monday to Friday | 9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support & Reporting: Track leasing vacancies, conduct rent analysis, and provide insights to support leasing decisions.
  • Acquisitions & Leasing Data Support: Organize and analyze lease and sale comparables to aid in acquisitions and leasing strategies.
  • Market Research & Monitoring: Track competitor activity, monitor tenant news, and provide data-driven insights to enhance market positioning.
  • Tenant Communication & Coordination: Assist with onboarding new tenants, manage lease documentation, and ensure follow-ups for lease-related matters.
  • Administrative & Compliance Support: Handle scheduling, generate reports, and ensure adherence to internal policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or property management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of real estate leasing and acquisitions processes is a plus.
