Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable insights and documentation.
- Evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are clearly understood and achieved.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and ensure stakeholder needs are accurately captured.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and performance optimization.
- Continuously assess opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation of better practices.
- Support project delivery through coordination, tracking, and effective communication across teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fast-paced or dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to approach challenges with logic and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for diverse stakeholders.
- Adept at documentation, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to understand the why behind every process.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively to drive meaningful outcomes.
