Position Summary:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Lead dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in program design, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and strong analytical capabilities. Job Details:
- Hybrid (at least 2 days onsite)
- Monday to Friday | 3 PM to 12 AM for the first 3 months, flexible schedule afterwards (depending on the clients' or leadership's needs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Design and Development:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning and development programs tailored to address organizational needs.
- Utilize adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and technology to create engaging and effective learning materials and experiences.
- Assess existing training programs and recommend enhancements based on feedback and developments within the industry.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and employees to assess training needs, ensuring that programs align with organizational objectives and culture.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a collaborative approach to learning and development.
- Analytics and Evaluation:
- Implement effective metrics and evaluation techniques to measure training effectiveness and the impact of learning programs on employee performance and business results.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Agile Learning Solutions:
- Champion an agile mindset within the learning function, adapting programs and strategies to meet evolving business needs quickly and effectively.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and integrating new learning technologies and methodologies.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Mentor and support team members within the learning and development consultants to foster professional growth and collaboration.
- Encourage a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and accountability within the team.
- Organizational Strategy and Compliance:
- Contribute to the overall strategy of the training and quality department, ensuring that learning initiatives support the organizational mission and vision.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards related to training and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, focusing on program design, management, and impact evaluation.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and management track record, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with data analytics tools and performance metrics in a learning context.
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and current trends in L&D.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning tools.
