Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Team Leader to deliver exceptional recruitment services to both existing and new clients. This role is pivotal in developing business within a specialized vertical while honing leadership skills. As a Recruitment Team Leader, you will provide high standards of service, acting as a professional representative and upholding the company's values to support overarching business strategies.

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with hands-on expertise, capable of driving business development, managing a team, and fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This is a "lead by example" role where you will balance recruitment delivery with team management responsibilities.

Job Details:

  • Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day work from home)
  • Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM Manila Time

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of recruiters with a goal of expanding the team to five members by the end of 2025.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of recruitment services.
  • Generate business development opportunities and build long-term client and candidate relationships to drive business growth.
  • Act as a role model within the team, demonstrating best practices and maintaining high standards in recruitment.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development for team members in all aspects of recruitment.
  • Balance hands-on recruitment responsibilities with team management duties.
  • Uphold company values, representing the organization professionally at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on recruitment experience, ideally in Engineering or Healthcare recruitment (blue or white collar).
  • Previous experience managing a team of at least two or more recruiters.
  • Exposure to recruiting in the Australian market with an understanding of Australian work culture and effective communication strategies.
  • Experience with Bullhorn or similar recruitment CRM systems is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to generate and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring, training, and developing team members.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a commitment to best practices.
