Position Summary:
Arealytics seeks a talented professional with deep experience in the commercial real estate industry to manage its Manila research operations. This senior-level position will work closely with all of the division managers on our research teams to ensure they have the right strategy, training, and direction to allow executive clients to create the most successful real estate deals and client results. This position may work with other teams to support our data science and client shared functions while improving how those teams provide high-quality data and deliverable materials for field teams, marketing teams, and industrial vertical business units. The role will be located in Arealytics' Manila office. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer. The position includes management of the existing Manila team as well as interactions with all senior-level management and executives at Arealytics.

Essential Job Duties:
- Review and learn current data capture methods across all divisions and then begin to iterate and improve processes continuously by working with division heads to create a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work with product development to create and advance current research tools for internal teams to process efficiency, data quality reporting, and forecasting of resource needs.
- Build forecasts for future market expansions and work with the executive team to align resources and timing.
- Work with product development leaders to review client-facing analytics views in the existing system used by stakeholders, who also bring through the research team’s evolving usability and functionality analysis.
- Collaborate and communicate with others to share best practices and implement new best practices within your office.
- Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and be actively engaged in training and career pathing, performance growth, and final planning for the company.
- Thought Leadership: Expand the focus of your research efforts from being solely focused on data management and maintenance to include statistical reporting and interpretation, as well as active client interaction and final data application for implementation.
- Will take an active role in working with research team leads to develop client-oriented interpretations and analysis of current and future data sets.
- Ensure Best-In-Class research services for the company.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics, or a closely related field
- Minimum 5+ years professional management experience in real estate analysis, market research or related field
- Ability to identify trends in data sets
- Project and staff management experience
- Very strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Very strong people and presentation skills
- Extensive database and systems management experience
- Superior skills in Excel, Power BI, and/or Alteryx
- Proficiency in other MS Office programs
- Must be self-directed, with ability to plan daily, weekly tasks with minimal supervision
- Performs routine audits to validate commercial property information and ensure the highest level of data quality
