Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a professional, organized, and personable Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and providing basic customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our patients. Monday to Friday | 9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time
Monday to Friday | 10 PM to 7 AM Manila Time

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in healthcare administration and/or associate degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a medical receptionist, administrative, or customer service role in a healthcare setting. Prior experience in dental office administration and insurance verification is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance, and healthcare processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
