ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Sourcer to support early-stage sales hiring. The Talent Sourcer will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying early-career sales talent suited for pest control sales roles, using a high-volume, phone-forward outreach approach. The role requires strong judgment for sales potential, and confident phone presence.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (flexible up to 6:00 PM EST) | 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM MNL
Work Setup: Remote
Holidays: Will follow US Holidays
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proactively source early-career sales candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
• Conduct outbound outreach, including 50+ targeted calls per day
• Perform initial qualification screens focused on sales aptitude, communication skills, and motivation
• Assess candidate fit beyond resumes, using instinct and probing questions
• Submit only pre-qualified, screened candidates to the Talent Partner
• Maintain organized sourcing and screening notes for handoff
• Support fast-moving hiring timelines with consistent pipeline flow
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter with heavy sourcing and phone screening
• Strong outbound calling experience
• Excellent spoken English with accent neutrality
• Confident, professional phone demeanor
• Strong intuition for identifying sales potential
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience sourcing early-career sales or high-volume sales roles
• Background supporting US-based hiring
• Exposure to inside sales, door-to-door, or commission-based sales profiles
