The Alarm Clearing Manager will provide direct support to assigned Market/Project units. In this role, you will directly manage all site statuses Post-CX and Post-Integration. You will be responsible for coordination with the Market-assigned Implementation Manager, Project Manager, and Operations Manager to provide accurate data and formatted reports for both internal and external use.

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain dynamic communications with the Market team.
- Be available to provide technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) data and opinions directly to the end customer in support of the Delivery team.
- Be flexible and master multiple areas of expertise, including, but not limited to, Ericsson and Nokia systems.
- Continuously keep your competence and skills up to date with rapidly developing technology.
- Drive quality standards within the teams; coordinate with various teams (e.g., integration, construction, RF teams) to address raised issues, process improvements, and quality concerns.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the support organization and implement solutions.
- Maintain a clear and accurate understanding of Market/Project-specific threshold data and requirements, ensuring the delivery team is aware and accountable.
- Develop Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for use by external national remote teams, clearly defining market standards and requirements.

- Strong communication skills (both written and oral) at both a technical and customer service level.
- Flexibility in providing deliverables on short notice.
- Ability to work on a revolving schedule and be on-call as needed.
The Skills and Background You Possess:
- 5+ years of Telecom Operational Project Management/Construction Management experience.
- Experience with direct site troubleshooting, including base RF issues and PIM.
- Knowledge of wireless environments and tools (e.g., Ericsson ENM, PiLot Plots, etc.) and eNodeB equipment, as well as reports generated from these tools.
- A developed understanding of the E2E lifecycle for wireless/cellular site carriers and the design/build process.
- Proven experience managing teams focused on large-scale project goals.
- Ability to influence and inspire action, as well as to implement changes in processes.
- Experience in creating Methods of Procedures (MOPs) and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customer units.
- Strong technical writing skills.
