Position Summary:
The Research Associate will help with research and data collection about multi-family residential rental properties, especially apartment complexes in the United States. This entry-level position is a good fit for someone interested in real estate and eager to learn more about market trends and property data. The Research Associate will help gather, organize, and share information with the team to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Support research activities by collecting and organizing data on multi-family residential rental properties and apartment complexes.
- Find and record real estate information from different sources, such as websites, market reports, and public listings.
- Assist in preparing simple reports about rental trends, demand, and opportunities.
- Use research tools, including basic AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT), to help with data collection and summaries.
- Work with other team members to share research findings and help with data plotting.
- Keep track of important trends in the rental market and share updates with the team.
- Help make sure research data is accurate and up to date.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or current studies in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- No previous experience required, but an interest in real estate research is a plus.
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic data sets.
- Basic skills in using online research tools, spreadsheets, and software.
- Good written and verbal English skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
- Willing to learn and work well with others.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with property research, apartment complex data, or US real estate is a plus, but not required.
