We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our innovative and fast-paced tech start-up. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of product development, from conception to market launch. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and technical expertise to drive the creation of products that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify product opportunities.
- Develop product pricing strategies and define product marketing communication objectives.
- Benchmark company products against competitors to assess market positioning and competition.
- Product Development:
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to create high-quality products.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
- Oversee product development activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Project Management:
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement contingency plans to meet deadlines.
- Communicate project updates to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Team Collaboration:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure project success and continuous improvement.
- Customer Focus:
- Gain a deep understanding of user experience to identify product gaps and generate new ideas.
- Advocate for customer needs, ensuring products address their challenges effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in a start-up environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
