Position Summary:
Our client is looking for a talented Magento 1 or Magento 2 certified developer who will be responsible for managing and supporting our eCommerce websites with at least 2 years working on the Magento platform. Your main tasks are to ensure that the website is running smoothly, and that existing functionality continues to work properly. You will also oversee optimization, upgrading Magento and extension upgrades, monitoring, and applying any required front-end changes

- Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM EST
Responsibilities:
- Upgrade to the latest Magento versions
- Install security patches
- Update Extensions
- Develop new functionality if needed
- Implement front-end changes
- Optimize Page Speed
- Troubleshoot and fix any errors
- Ensures website is running smoothly
- Handling scripts, tracking codes, custom development
- Website is optimized in terms of speed and efficiency.
- Oversee and maintain our company website, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web design, SEO, and digital marketing to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Strong object-oriented programming knowledge
- Very good PHP knowledge
- JavaScript is a must for front-end development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages and tools.
- Proven experience as a webmaster or in a similar role, with a strong background in SEO optimization.
- Magento Certified. Magento 2 certified is a plus
- Preferably 2 or more years’ experience with Magento
