Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinators are responsible for administering a variety of operational, recruitment and employment related tasks in support of talent acquisition services and operations. They engage with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing the intake and processing of new hires for accuracy and compliance with People and Culture SOPs. Representing the client and the Talent Acquisition function, they maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information about applicants, employees, and positions. They also ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies regarding confidentiality and privileged information.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates requisitions for community openings with alignment to position management and pay grades.
  • Primarily responsible for onboarding and managing the ticketing system/back-end administrative tasks.
  • Engages with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Extends approved offer communications to candidates.
  • Captures candidate information timely and accurately within applicant tracking systems.
  • Manages requisitions, extends offers, conducts background and reference checks, and handles pre-employment screenings/assessments.
  • Communicates effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Completes the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and new hires have a smooth transition.
  • Coordinates and schedules intake calls for TA specialists for community leadership recruitment and Executive Directors.
  • Manages HR Acuity ticketing system providing community support for position management, media campaigns and systems support.

Qualifications:

  • Previous working experience preferably as a talent acquisition coordinator, but candidates with previous working experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, are also welcome to apply.
  • Degree in Human Resources or Business or similar relevant field preferable.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems (BrassRing) and Human Capital Management system (Workday) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
