Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bank Reconciliation Analyst to support the daily operations of our client and their associated business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement, ensuring service level agreements are met, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position may require after-hours communication with management and active input to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:
- Obtain and analyze client data to facilitate accurate financial reporting.
- Perform data entry and maintain comprehensive databases.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Prepare management reports to provide insights into financial performance.
- Provide exceptional client support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle phone correspondence and manage filing systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed to ensure operational continuity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on bank reconciliation and financial data management.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to take ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects.
- Previous experience with commission processing is advantageous but not required.
