Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Analyst/Procurement Analyst plays a crucial role on the Operations Team and is responsible for maintaining sufficient inventory to meet customer demands on time. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, resourceful, strategic, and organized, while highly adaptable to a constantly evolving environment.

  • Monday to Friday | 10 PM to 7 AM Philippine Time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute supply plans for components needed to support sales forecasts.
  • Optimize and reconcile inventory levels across all contract manufacturer and fulfillment partner locations.
  • Issue purchase orders for components and ensure materials arrive on time to support planned production.
  • Coordinate transportation of goods to and from manufacturing facilities to warehouses.
  • Identify and mitigate disruptions and delays and facilitate quality issue resolution across the entire supply chain.
  • Collaborate daily with Quality, Product Development, Customer Experience, Finance, and all other cross functional teams as well as outside Suppliers and Manufacturing Partners.
  • Support new product development initiatives to ensure production readiness.
  • Champion and support ongoing MRP implementation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience managing the day-to-day and long-term inventory levels of fast-moving products along with meeting deadlines and deliverables.
  • Experience working in the direct-to-consumer space, unwavering support of the company's customer experience mentality required for startup success.
  • Experience with ERPs such as NetSuite.
  • A basic understanding of inventory accounting.
  • Solid experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in manufacturing, production management, and vendor management.
  • Great communication skills
