Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to find and hire nanny and sitter candidates. The Recruiter will proactively reach out to potential candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified childcare providers to meet the needs of our clients.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 2:00 AM to 11:00 AM OR 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM Manila Time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Phone Screens:
    • Perform initial phone interviews with nanny candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and compatibility with Jovie’s standards.
    • Evaluate candidates based on their responses, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria for providing high-quality childcare.
  • Outreach to Potential Candidates:
    • Identify and reach out to potential nanny candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and our applicant database.
    • Maintain and build relationships with prospective candidates to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • New Hire Onboarding:
    • Ensure candidates receiving offers complete necessary steps to begin assignments quickly.
    • Educate and promote benefits and tools of the job, part of the Jovie Development System, to maximize retention.
  • Coordination and Scheduling:
    • Schedule and coordinate follow-up interviews and meetings between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Manage and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the hiring manager and other team members to understand staffing needs and requirements.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging job postings and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the childcare or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and make sound recommendations.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
