Marketing Assistant

Industria Business Lawyers LLP is a fully virtual law firm incorporated in Washington, D.C. with a significant presence in South Florida and New York. The firm focuses on corporate transactions and litigation, with a strong connection to the blockchain community. We specialize in drafting documents, researching regulatory compliance, and undertaking litigation on behalf of our clients located worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Coordination:
  • Draft content for blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, etc...
  • Initiate and manage email marketing campaigns via MailChimp
  • Coordinate branding and content creation for attorney and client-facing channels (AVVO, Superlawyers, Quora, etc.).
  • Manage SEO efforts and website content maintenance.
  • Create and maintain infographics for social media posts related to all of our practice areas.
  • Consistently post on all our social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and YouTube at least once a day. (You will be given guidance and assistance throughout the learning process)
  • Edit our formal infographics and podcast videos

Strategic Planning:

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans across different channels and segments.
  • Need someone who is versatile, adaptable, and resourceful.

Media Opportunities:

  • Identify opportunities for attorneys to appear as contributors in publications and podcasts.
  • Communication and Calendar Management:
  • Present ideas and deliverables to internal and external teams.
  • Maintain a content calendar for social media (LinkedIn and Twitter) and create captivating newsletters.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Record videos and create instructional content. (Creating SOPs)
  • Handle other tasks as they arise.

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Canva expertise is highly preferred, we would like someone who can design our graphics and optimize our images.

  • Educational Content: Develop blog posts that explain complex legal processes in simple terms, such as "Understanding the Basics of Corporate Governance."
  • Detailed Service Descriptions: Write comprehensive descriptions of services like "What to Expect from Our Contract Review Services" that detail the process and benefits.
  • SEO-Enhanced Content: Ensure each piece of content is optimized for search engines with relevant keywords like "corporate law services," "business litigation expert," and "compliance solutions."
  • Targeted Content Advertising: Produce targeted articles for specific audiences, such as "Top 5 Mistakes First-Time Home Buyers Should Avoid" to engage potential real estate clients.

Drafting Content for our Crypto and Blockchain Practice:

  • Weekly Articles: Draft and publish weekly articles on topics like "The Future of Cryptocurrency Regulations" or "How Blockchain Can Transform Traditional Business Operations."
  • Educational Emails: Send tailored educational emails to LinkedIn connections that provide value and establish the firm's expertise, such as updates on recent blockchain legal developments.
  • Social Media Reposts: Curate and share interesting articles and news on cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies to maintain engagement and demonstrate thought leadership.

General Content Management:

  • Blog Management: Regularly update the corporate blog with posts that provide value, showcase services, and incorporate SEO best practices.
  • Social Media Coordination: Manage platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, focusing on creating and sharing content relevant to both corporate and blockchain practices.
  • Newsletter and Email Campaigns: Develop and execute a monthly newsletter and targeted email campaigns to both current clients and potential leads that highlight key services, recent case successes, and firm news.
  • Video Management: Publish our videos to our channel, website and socials
