Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented Social Media Administrator who will be responsible for managing our various social media accounts, project manage the production of content, assist with producing the content, and post content on a weekly basis across 4 corporate social media accounts and 20 separate property social media accounts. The creation and posting activity for the corporate social media will be in coordination with our Digital Marketing Coordinator and the property postings will be in coordination with property site staff. The role involves creating, scheduling, and posting content to engage target audiences, build brand awareness, and drive traffic to our assets. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, high energy, productive and possesses strong communication skills. You must under how to create social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn as well as create and manage groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Project manage and coordinate a team to develop, curate, and manage large volumes of content on a daily basis to post across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve social media efforts.
  • Pull reporting, analyze data, and measure key performance metrics using analytics tools.
  • Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns, including budget management and ad performance tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Understand the concept of a Lead Magnet
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • High Energy
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva.
  • Multi-Tasking ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
