Job Summary:

As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities and providing support across various administrative functions.

Job Details:

  • Work Onsite - Bridgetowne, Pasig, or Eastwood, QC
  • Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Reception:

  • Manage, and organize the front desk
  • Answer and direct all phone calls
  • Greet all office guests and clients.

Administrative:

  • Assist Administration Lead and Director on client visits, travel and logistics requirements.
  • Manage Office Supplies Inventory and Utilization.
  • Creation of Monthly Office Supplies Utilization Report.
  • Creation of Request for Payment for Third-Party Vendors and Services:
  • Creation of PRF for Facilities and Administration Supplies and Services.
  • Facilities and Administration Supplier/Vendor Delivery and Services Coordination.
  • Assist in the following tasks
    • Gate pass Requests
    • Access Card Requisition and Deactivation
    • Access Card Reports and Modification
    • Locker and Pedestal Issuance
    • CCTV Review
  • Supervise Site Upkeep and the Housekeeping.
  • Perform other Facilities and Administration related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Pleasing personality
  • Good English communications
  • 1-2 years of experience is preferred but not required.
  • Preferably with BPO experience or have handled ex-pats and clients in a previous role.
  • Candidates from Hotel, F&B, and tourism backgrounds may also apply.
