Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including social media and job boards. This role involves screening potential candidates, facilitating interviews, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure the successful placement of top talent. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is expected to provide timely feedback to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM
*Although the default schedule of this role is dayshift there would be times wherein you will need to slide your shift to facilitate interviews at night
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for assigned roles using various recruitment platforms and methods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each candidate and role in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Lead to define hiring needs and identify the ideal candidate profile for each position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
- Conduct pre- and post-interview briefings to guide candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Perform reference checks on shortlisted candidates prior to extending job offers.
- Administer and oversee candidate assessments, as required.
- Provide timely updates to all stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and transparent recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance engagement and talent pipeline development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and familiarity with various sourcing strategies.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an ability to think outside the box.
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple social media channels and job platforms.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and organization.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to adjust work schedule as needed to accommodate interviews in different time zones.
